Not sure whether to go with a 3.5 or a 4 for this one but overall I really liked it and I think it’s one of the better Hitchcock films I’ve seen so far. It’s definitely slow and it takes some time to really get into it but eventually I was fully immersed in the mystery and the last half hour is insanely suspenseful. Not sure how I feel about the ending though cause I feel like it didn’t entirely subvert my expectations but I certainly had a lot of fun and I loved Jimmy Stewart’s performance.
