Glad I got to watch this masterpiece again with my Filmbros! Yes, it’s true. This movie is better than Raiders. Everything great about that first film is dialed up to a million here and it’s a wicked improvement over the underwhelming Temple of Doom. The characters are further developed, there’s some heart again, the Holy Grail plot is very engaging and my God the ACTION! It’s simply perfection. And the inclusion of Sean Connery as Indy’s dad and their whole relationship makes it more emotional than the first two films. Easily my favorite of all 4 of these films and that last shot gets me every damn time😢.
