A sincere and deeply moving ode to the joy and beauty that movies bring us. The relationship between Toto and Alfredo has got to be one of the best on-screen friendships of all time. I was so invested in the story and their characters. And my God, I can’t even begin to describe how mesmerizing and relatable that ending is, for any movie lover. Also, it has yet another wonderful Ennio Morricone score. Now I gotta watch the 173-minute director’s cut.
