Very disappointed. This is the same old gangster spiel that Scorsese has done many times before and to much more success. People are saying this is a more meditative and human crime drama but I’m calling bullshit on that one. I felt nothing for any of the characters and it doesn’t become “meditative” until the last 20 minutes of this completely wasted 3.5 hour runtime. This adds literally nothing new to the genre. Instead of wasting your time with this one, go and watch GoodFellas.
