There’s a lot to like and dislike about this. There are some very entertaining parts that are surprisingly tense and Laurie Strode’s trauma is compelling, but on the other hand, there are many poorly written scenes with terribly predictable horror movie clichés and many unlikable characters with unnecessary subplots. Overall, it’s watchable but it gets progressively worse and is mostly forgettable.
