Solidly entertaining and I really like what Clint Eastwood is going for but the execution is very hit or miss. There are many contrived and forced elements of the plot and the characters like how his son and grandchildren were so blatantly rude to the point where it just didn’t feel real. I think it just needed a little more subtlety. Also, some of the supporting performances were legitimately terrible like the priest and Walt’s son. Overall pretty decent but far from perfect.
