Beautiful cinematography, production design and score and I love the naturally sweet tone but unfortunately, it’s just so tediously slow to the point where it feels stagnant. The plot never really starts moving until the last half hour and I know everyone is saying that it’s about a loving friendship but I never really felt for the characters because they weren’t very well-developed to me. I really want those fried dough ball cake thingies though.
